We are delighted to hear that our customer, Barratt Developments PLC, (which encompasses Barratt Homes, David Wilson Homes and Ward Homes) has received the maximum 5 star rating for customer satisfaction from the Home Builders Federation for an unprecedented second consecutive year! Central to Barratt’s philosophy is to produce a quality product which will delight individuals who purchase their homes – much as it is our ethos to continue to produce quality products to be used within quality homes, satisfying our customers by exceeding their expectations.

Over 20,000 new home buyers were surveyed across the UK by the HBF, and Barratt obtained a score in excess of 90%, which leads to the prestigious 5 star status. What is so gratifying is that the Group Procurement Director, John Adams, has written to us thanking us for the part we played in helping them win the accolade, recognising the fact that their supply chain remains as important to them as ever.
