The company has held Investors in people status for 6 years, emphasising our view that it is our employees that make us stand out above others. This is also reflected by the large percentage of long serving employees with 25 years and in some cases 30 years dedicated service, that we are lucky enough to employ.

Black Country Business awards

In 2005  The company was voted winner of’ Best of The Black Country Businesses’ ( for growth & innovation ) in association with the Express and Star newspaper, presented by Seb Coe.

The Queen’s award for Enterprise

In 2007, Hickman Industries Ltd, was awarded the Queen’s award for Enterprise, in recognition of our growth through innovation. In our opinion  there is no higher business accolade.
