Linings

  • 25mm thick pre-primed medium density fibreboard
  • Grooved & pre-drilled for screw fixings
  • c/w 14.5 x 23/59mm door stops located into groove to conceal fixings
  • 3 male white hinges.
  • Heads trenched for the door widths
  • Pre-machined for Latch or lock keep
  • FD30 linings are supplied complete with intumescent strips


Doors

  • Fully finished in white satin (4 or 6 panel grained effect) or ash effect foil.
  • Smooth finished doors (2 or 4 panel ) are undercoated only for on site finishing.
  • Edge banded (2 long edges)

supplied complete with :

  • An ERA 63mm standard latch, to BS EN 12209 :2003 or
  • ERA 63mm Bathroom mortice lock ( in polished chrome or brass effect finish )
  • Together with 3 female colour co-ordinated hinges.

Hinges

  • Special 2 part adjustable hinges to BS EN 1935: 2002 are supplied pre – fitted to the doors/linings.
  • 65mm male white hinges (fitted to frame) allow for lateral adjustment.
  • Female hinges/cams (fitted to the doors) allow for further adjustment towards or away from the door stops.
